GENERAL TERMS
CHARISMAMYKONOS eShop offers products for online purchase to customers within and outside Greece.
Orders are shipped through Hellenic Post (ELTA) courier company following confirmation of payment.
Handling, dispatch and delivery of orders are carried out on a daily basis, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will be notified by e-mail.
All delivered goods are accompanied by the appropriate fiscal documentation. If a shipment is intended as a gift, please give us notice during the ordering procedure as to ship the order with a simple shipping document.
Upon receipt of your product, we recommend that you personally check the product delivered and confirm that its packaging remains intact.

Please note that if a product is backordered, 7 business days are required for the production process.
Note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or PO/FPO.
COST OF SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated dependent on the place of delivery, the volume and the weight of the order and are automatically completed on the order form filled by the user.
In addition, shipping to countries outside Europe are subject to customs charges. These charges are extra to the shipping cost, are covered by the customer and differ from country to country. Thus, customers are advised to contact their local customs office to guide them accordingly, so as not to be surprised by charges they are not prepared for.
DELIVERY TIME
Products are delivered by CHARISMAMYKONOS eShop to the courier company within 1 to 3 workdays from the date your order was confirmed, unless expressly stated in the product page.
In any case, the delivery will be scheduled in accordance with the availability of the product either stated on the product webpage or sent to you by the CHARISMAMYKONOS eShop administrators. The aforementioned time estimations may differ in cases of force majeure.
Domestic orders
Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery of domestic orders, depending on the selected shipping method.
For regions within Greece considered as “Hard to reach” by the courier company, the delivery time might vary.
International orders
Delivery of international orders can take from 3 days to as long as 2-3 weeks, depending on the selected shipping method.
Keep in mind that delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the country’s postal service and customs, which may hold parcels for a length of time before releasing them for delivery. If you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties may be applicable. The CHARISMAMYKONOS eShop is not responsible for paying these charges.
